This space has been created to show the violence and deliberate killing of people in Iran after the presidential elections on the 12th of June 2009. Principally it is dedicated to the victims of shootings and people tortured to death in detention centres. If you have any information on these cases, please send them to iranbodycount@gmail.com. Meysam Ebadi

According to sources on twitter and elsewhere, a 17 years old boy, Meysam Ebadi has been shot dead on Sadeghiye square on June 13th. Has anybody more information about this case?

    This is probably true. Almost all sources on the net are identical but I managed to find a report on Hayat news paper that reported this case back when it happened as a 'suspected' murder.
